i found alil something somthing

one of these its like three inches idk if they get bigger this is a pic i found on another website and any tips on hwo to keep it will help right now i have it in a moist enclosure with lettuce a fern to decor and thats it

yup found it on a cliff side by a river well it wasnt a cliff more like river bank it was ynder a fern in the soil i went back yesterday and got another i hope ones male and the other female

you can tell if its male or female. if i remember correctly, males have little horn like things on top of their head, kinda like hissers do.

I have one of those, too. My biology teacher found it just walking along the pavement and I've always wanted a large milli so I asked him if I could keep it. Mine is about 4" long.
I have mine in a big tupperware container with moist coco fiber, lettuce[or whatever other veggie my dad drops on the floor while cooking ], and half of a plate I accidentally broke as a hide, lol.

elsvir, your doenst look much like narceus americanus. looks like it has more stripes, and doesnt have red legs. ill try and look up the species though.

the americanus r said to only be in the south east part of the us tho =/ i live in south west

oh thats not poo lol. thats actually an ink. it is a defense mechanism. what ever you do, do not take the millipede and stick it up to your mouth and inhale it. it will make you cough allot and make you dizzy. i did it once, never again.
