Nice to see CPs off the CP forums!

I freeze the crickets that I will be feeding to Nepenthes, Cephalotus and other pitcher plants. Defrost them in a cup of warm R/O water and feed with tongs one prey item into each pitcher once per week. Use appropriate sized prey (make sure it's submerged in the pitcher fluid) this avoids rot from over feeding.

Yes, I'm "swords" over there too. Wistuba's Nepenthes Nursery over in Germany just announced it is releasing N. edwardsiana this year. I've wanted this species for a decade, finally it's within my clutches!

I'm hoping that eventually after the initial rush has died down that the price will drop a little. They will always be expensive, but once their numbers rise and most of the damand is satisfied they should be a bit easier to get.
